Cutting CO2 means cutting transportation

Eric de Place at The Daily Score writes that addressing climate change in the West will mean doing something meaningful about transportation emissions. His piece includes two terrific charts, one showing the sources of Washington’s emissions:

While in Oregon transportation still plays a big role, finding clean sources of electric power or cutting consumption is equally important.
