Successful community advocacy requires collective involvement. Although lone individuals can certainly make a difference in some cases, most situations require the active participation of many individuals and the support of the wider community if positive outcomes are to happen. This is particularly true for land use and growth management decisions, which impact the entire community and establish important precedents for the future.

Goal One Coalition helps individuals, neighborhood groups, and community organizations work together to maximize their influence. Specifically, we provide assistance with developing media and outreach strategies, networking and coalition-building, fundraising, and advocacy training.
